I don't sell, ship or service any of the products featured here. If your question is about an existing order, I'm the wrong person to ask, and writing to me will only cost you time.
- Order status, tracking or delivery: contact the manufacturer's support team
- Refunds and returns: handled entirely by the seller, under their guarantee
- Billing or payment issues: the seller processes payment; I never see your card details
- Medical questions: please speak with your doctor or pharmacist
